Question: How can I run PhoneBook if I don't have MS-Access installed?
Answer: Go to PhoneBook Download page and download New Installation of PhoneBook with Runtime.
Question: When I try to email (with or without attachment, i.e., a report) I get an error message.
Answer: I have only seen this if an email program is not installed or not installed properly, also, you must have a default email account setup. In addition you may have an email plugin that is not working properly. To disable email plugins (Outlook) go to Help/About Microsoft Office Outlook and select "Disabled Items" and disable any plugins.
